The Idea Details page is a core feature of UserVoice, as it brings together a number of contextual data points, customer feedback, admin activities, and several user actions. With this redesign, we have ensured easy access to relevant information and enhanced navigational ease between customer and internal team interactions on ideas.
Quick Actions
To create a more seamless flow, we've moved common actions like merging, sharing an idea, and exporting data into an easily accessible section of the page. Those features as well as status updates, idea custom fields, and outreach are now all just a single click away, regardless of where the user is on the activity feed.
Updated Activity Feed
We've introduced Quick Filters, streamlining the switching between external user activity like comments and feedback, and internal team comments with @ mentions.
Lastly, we've established a clearer distinction between posting internal and public comments to ensure users fully understand which type of comment they are posting.
Insights Tab
The idea detail sheet has a new tab called Insights. This tab has been designed to add more context to ideas for increased understanding and decision-making. Here, users will find additional information such as weekly activity, importance ratings, and unique idea properties.
Additionally, for customers using the Salesforce Connector with Account Insights, we've made it possible to review segmentation analysis charts directly within the Insights Tab. This streamlines the process and strengthens the connection between your account insights and ideas.
