So you have a UserVoice account, but how do you sign into the Admin Console?
- Go to xyz.uservoice.com/admin ("your UserVoice subdomain"/admin).
- Enter your email address and click "Sign In" or click one of the buttons below to sign in using that platform.
- Complete the login requirements for your chosen platform - the default login flow allows you to use your email and a unique password for UserVoice. Forgot your password? Click here.
- You'll be taken directly into the Admin Console.
It says I don't have permission to access the admin console: This means you are signing in with an email address that is not an admin on the account. First, check which email address you're using to log in. Secondly, you may be a contributor, which means you will only have access to the contributor dashboard.
If you can't remember your admin email, contact us. We'll be happy to help!
Can I sign in on the front end of my UserVoice site? Yes, if you are on the front end (xyz.uservoice.com), click the "sign in" link in the top right corner and log in. Below your username, you'll see a link "Admin Console." Click that to be taken to the back end of your account.
Note: Even if your instance has removed the ability for End-Users to sign-in using UserVoice email & password, admins will still have the ability to sign-in that way through the Admin Console.
