So you have a UserVoice account, but how do you sign into the Discovery Admin Console?
- Go to xyz.uservoice.com/admin ("your UserVoice subdomain"/admin)
- Enter your email address and click "Sign In" or click one of the buttons below to sign in using that platform.
- Complete the login requirements for your chosen platform - the default login flow allows you to use your email and a unique password for UserVoice. Forgot your password? Click here.
- You'll be taken directly into the Application.
It says I don't have permission to access: This means you are signing in with an email address that is not an admin on the account. First, check which email address you're using to log in. Secondly, you may be a Discovery contributor, which means you will only have access to the Discovery contributor dashboard.

Note: Even if your instance has removed the ability for End-Users to sign-in using UserVoice email & password, admins will still have the ability to sign-in that way through the Admin Console.
