There are three different license types in UserVoice: Full access, Support, and Contributor. Our pricing is based on the number of users you have of each license type.
Full access admins can use all UserVoice features - feedback, ticketing, knowledgebase, and Sidebar.
Contributors can capture feedback on behalf of customers using the Contributor Sidebar, but they cannot sign into the admin console at all. These people are putting feedback into the system but they are not actively managing it on the backend.
Support (Legacy HelpDesk)
Support admins (also called "support-only") can only use the helpdesk ticketing and knowledge base features. They cannot access the feedback functionality to manage ideas on the forums.
