Whether you want to restrict your Web Portal or add your enterprise login to the Admin Console, we give you the capability to add Single Sign-On to your UserVoice instance. You will need to work with your Identity Provider (IdP) Admin to configure SSO.
Most IdPs are compatible with one or more of the following providers. As is UserVoice -- You can configure more than one provider (multi-tenant). If your provider allows you to configure either of the following, you can implement SSO:
- OpenID Connect (OIDC)
- OAuth 2.0
If your IdP is not compatible with those protocols, you use a homegrown solution, or you're a Service Provider (SP -- like us) without a centralized IdP, you can configure JWT SSO.
