We have recently updated our billing system to Chargify. Invoices are sent to the primary Account Owner from our billing email, billing.support@uservoice.com.
If you do not see the Manage billing settings option as shown in the screenshot below and are trying to locate your invoice, please get in touch to request a copy. You can do this from the Help Center by clicking the Support bubble in the lower-left.
UserVoice Discovery Credit Card Customers
Since the change, you will still find your old invoices (pre Jan 27th, 2022) in the usual place, but new invoices will not appear there.
You can now find them by navigating within the Admin Console → Settings → General → Plan subscription → Manage billing settings → Edit. This will open the Chargify billing portal where you can view your invoices and update your contact information if you need to.
UserVoice Validation Customers
Navigate to Roadmap Settings (ellipsis in the top-right corner) → Plan Management. This will open the Chargify billing portal where you can view your invoices and update your contact information.
