Common Issues & Solutions
You can find integration logs to help with most issues in the UserVoice Admin Console → Settings → Integrations → Integration Logs (at the very bottom of the page).
|Unauthorized error/token_revoked||The Teams profile used no no longer has permission. Reconfigure the integration with an active profile (preferably one that's reserved for third-party integrations so that this error doesn't occur in the future).|
|I can't find the Teams integration in the App store||You will need to have your organization administrator enable it before you can see it in the App store (this only applies to some Teams environments).|
|Error: Unable to save "UserVoice" connector configuration. Please try again.||Requests must be sent over HTTPS. If you have a custom CNAME record (custom URL), you will need an SSL Cert before you can install the integration. To request one, click the 'Support' bubble in the lower-right corner of this page.
Browser extensions and ad-blockers can prevent configuration. Try to use Google Chrome incognito mode, or an alternative browser configuration with ad-blockers and extensions disabled.
