Tips for successful adoption
- Kick things off with an announcement message in your team channel (or other appropriate channels)! Here’s an example to get you started.
- @here Exciting news! We’re now making it easier for team members to view product feedback from customers. Now, events from our UserVoice instance will be streamed directly into this channel.
- Identify a few power users of MS Teams and UserVoice to help set the pace and keep the team engaged.
Your team will be delighted to see that everytime a customer creates a new idea, votes for a new idea, or comments on existing ideas, they’ll be able to see that feedback easily in your team channel.
