Common Issues & Solutions
| Problem | Solution |
| Cannot Sign in (infinite loading sign in page) | If you have a custom alias/CNAME configured, and your domain does not match the CNAME for the UserVoice Instance, there will be an error when logging in. Delete the default domain and try again with the CNAME. |
| Word selection/highlight feedback capture not working | Some web pages may use third party libraries that can prevent/block "word selection/highlight feedback capture." Copy and paste will always be an option for these web pages. |
| Unable to install extension in Chromium browser | All Chromium based browsers should be able to install the extension with the exception of Arc browser, which doesn't have side panel API support. |
