UserVoice sends out a variety of different emails for different purposes. These emails may come from certain sending domains, as to ensure the best email reputation and enhance deliverability.
However, some organizational networks can have security configurations and firewalls that can prevent the delivery of our emails.
For this reason, we recommend whitelisting the following email addresses to make sure that emails are able to be delivered.....

This email address is used to send admin and contributor invitations. The "subdomain" will be in your UserVoice account URL, e.g. mycompany.uservoice.com
noreply@trymagic.com
This email address is used to send the emails to authenticate into UserVoice, through the Magic service.
support@uvhelpdesk.zendesk.com
This email address is used to send responses to any support inquiries sent to help@uservoice.com.
