How to Edit a Feature on the Roadmap
Depending on your subscription plan, your roadmap will display in either a Board (Kanban) view or a List view. Follow the steps below based on your current view to edit a feature without opening a new tab:
On the Board (Kanban) View
This view is available on Premium plans.
Hover your mouse over the specific feature card you wish to edit.
Click the pencil icon that appears directly on the card.
An inline editing window will open right in the same window, allowing you to update the feature details without leaving the roadmap.
On the List (Grid) View
This view is available on both Pro and Premium plans.
Locate the feature you want to edit within the list.
Click directly on the Feature Name or the row to open its details.
Click Edit Feature to open up the edit menu.
Update your desired fields (such as status or custom fields) right from the pane.
⚠️ Note for Pro Users: The roadmap features can only be viewed and edited via this internal List view within the UserVoice admin console. Pro plans do not have access to toggle into the Kanban board view or share this view with external contributors.
