Create a Roadmap

Your Product Roadmap is a strategic communication tool designed to give internal teams visibility into your priorities and the data behind your decisions. With our UserVoice Discovery Premium plan, you aren't limited to a single, one-size-fits-all timeline. The ability to build and maintain Multiple Roadmaps is a core capability that allows you to scale your product operations and tailor your communication to different audiences.

By leveraging multiple roadmaps, your Product Team can:

• Segment by Audience: Maintain high-level strategic roadmaps for executives, detailed operational roadmaps for engineering, and tailored views for customer-facing teams.

• Manage Diverse Product Lines: Easily separate distinct products, platforms, or regional initiatives without cluttering a single view.

• Boost Alignment & Buy-In: Connect supporting customer ideas directly to features on specific roadmaps, clearly demonstrating the why behind your priorities.

• Streamline Communication: Reduce time spent in cross-functional meetings by giving stakeholders a self-service, real-time source of truth.

Create a Roadmap

You can create up to 10 additional roadmaps to support your organization's different product lines or stakeholder groups.

1. Click the "+" icon in the upper right-hand corner of your dashboard.

2. Select Roadmap from the dropdown menu.

3. Click Add Roadmap, give it a clear and descriptive name, and save.

View a Roadmap

As your library of roadmaps grows, staying organized is simple. You can choose to view each roadmap individually to dive deep into a specific product area, or view all roadmaps together for a holistic, portfolio-level look at your product ecosystem.

To help you find exactly what you need, you can filter your views by:

• Specific product areas

• Feature status
