How to Generate Themes
You can generate a theme report from any view of your ideas, whether it's a specific saved view, a filtered grid, or a hand-picked selection of ideas.
- From the Ideas Grid: Apply any filters you'd like (e.g., specific statuses, timeframes, or keywords) to the Ideas grid. Then, click the Themes button in the top navigation bar.
-
From a Saved View or Idea List: Navigate to a saved view/list and click the Themes button in the top navigation bar.
- From Selected Ideas: Manually select a set of ideas on the grid. In the quick actions menu that appears, click Find Themes.
After you've initiated the process, a modal will appear where you can name your new theme report. Once you click Run, the modal will close. Theme reports can take between 5-15 minutes to generate, depending on the volume of feedback.
You will receive an in-app notification and an email when your report is ready to view.
