As an Admin, you may want to control which notifications you may want to receive. We provide you with a couple default settings to get you started. Read further to see all the kinds of notifications you can receive as an Admin.
By default, you will be set to receive notifications about:
- internal comments
- ideas flagged as important
- status updates for your subscribed ideas
Access your email subscriptions by clicking your avatar on the bottom left menu → then clicking Email Subscriptions.
Insights
Saved Views
Utilizing saved views, this is the best option for admins wanting to receive a daily summary email of the forums & categories that is most relevant to you.

Moderation
Choose to receive an email when an idea or comment is flagged for moderator approval. See more info here on enabling Moderation.
You will need to turn this notification on to receive this notification if you have moderation enabled.
Activity Updates
Choose to receive emails based on the activities that matter to you. Please note that these notifications apply to all forums.
By default, Internal Comments and Ideas Flagged as Important are turned on initially.
Important Note: We do not send notifications of your own activity. As an admin that made a status update, you will not get an email.
