You can follow up on Ideas that have been Flagged as Important. Admins can clear flags and inform the original Contributor of the action they took. This provides admins with the ability to maintain, review, and address each flagged idea and feedback -- showing that the Product Team values their customers' voices, and informs the contributor of your resolution.
Using the "Flagged Ideas" view under Ideas & Feedback, you can maintain your flagged ideas by Forums & Teams.
Once you have reviewed a flagged idea, click "Clear Flag" and Close the Loop with the original contributor of the flag so they know why you are clearing the flag. Your documentation will appear on the idea's details and the Contributor will receive an email (providing they have notifications enabled).
