The Users Page is a crucial section of your Admin Console that gives you a unified view of all users in your UserVoice account—both your external End-Users who submit feedback and your internal Admins and Contributors.
You can access the Users Page by clicking the Users icon (often represented by a person or group icon) in the left-hand navigation menu of the Admin Console.
Understanding User Types
It is important to understand the different types of users visible on this page:
| User Type | Access & Role | Management Location |

| End-User (None) | Can access your public portal, submit ideas, vote, and comment. They have no access to the Admin Console. | Managed in the Users tab of the Users & Accounts page. |
| Contributor | Can capture feedback and votes on behalf of end-users using the Contributor Sidebar. They have no access to the Admin Console. | Managed in Settings under Users & Permissions. |
| Admin | Has a licensed seat. Can access the Admin Console to manage ideas, configure settings, and view analytics. Permissions are granular. | Managed in Settings under Users & Permissions. |
Users Page
Click the "user" icon in the left-hand menu and you will see a list of all your users, which you can search and sort through.
If you click into a user, you will be able to see:
- User's basic information, email, associated Account, and all imported User Traits (e.g., last login date, LTV).
- A timeline of all ideas submitted by the user and all ideas they have voted for.
- A list of any tickets, comments, or other direct feedback associated with the user.
This gives you a quick overview of a user, the types of features the user as a whole is interested in, and the activity of the user.
Users associated with an Idea
When viewing an idea, you can now see the number of users who voted on an idea, and who those users are.
- Navigate to the idea grid by clicking the lightbulb in the left-hand menu.
- Click "All open ideas", choose your desired forum or choose your desired saved view.
- Search for the idea you want.
- Click the "Supporters" tab and navigate to "People"
