Common Issues & Solutions
You can find integration logs to help with most issues in the UserVoice Admin Console → Settings → Integrations → Integration Logs (at the very bottom of the page).

I'm unable to integrate with Gainsight | This integration is compatible with Gainsight NXT and Gainsight SFDC Edition. The Administration Settings in Gainsight NXT might slightly differ from SFDC Edition. |
Accounts in UserVoice are not pairing with accounts in Gainsight | You should have added a Add a parameter named external_id during setup. If you're using the Salesforce Connector, make sure the field mapped if SFDC Account ID. |
