Perform Bulk Actions on Active ideas

• Delete
• Mark as Spam
• Move
• Merge 
• Manage Labels
• Update Public Status
• Update Internal Status
• Update Custom Field Values

To perform these actions, navigate to the idea grid by clicking the lightbulb in the left-hand menu. Click All Ideas, choose your desired forum or choose your desired saved view. Once in the idea grid:

• Click the checkbox on the left of the ideas you want to select. These selected ideas will remain selected as you explore throughout the Idea Grid, finding more relevant ideas that you want to bulk update.
• If you want to perform the action on all ideas listed, click the checkbox at the top of the list.  Note: Clicking "Select All" will only select the page of ideas. If you want an entire filter of ideas, expand the page view to show more ideas.
• The Quick Actions sidebar will appear! Select the action you want to perform. You can also see the aggregated Impact of the ideas you select.

And you're done! 

If you close the sidebar, you can reopen it by clicking the blue "Selected" pill at the bottom of the screen (next to Clear).

You will have the option to undo your bulk action after it is completed, except in the case of status updates - these cannot be undone. For all other actions, this option will remain until you refresh the page or leave the forum.

To Perform a Bulk Action on Removed Ideas

Removed ideas are ideas that have been deleted, marked as spam, or merged. You can perform bulk actions on removed ideas or restore them. 

The restore action will return ideas that have been deleted, marked as spam, or merged to their original state. 

• Click the Status dropdown to filter ideas by marked as spam, deleted, or merged. Deselect the Active status and select the relevant status to determine which ideas you wish to restore.
  Note: If you restore a merged idea, it will re-open the idea on the forum, but it won't undo the merge.
• Click the checkbox on the left for the ideas you want to select.
• If you want to perform the action on all ideas listed, click the checkbox at the top of the list. 
  Note: Clicking "Select All" will only select the page of ideas. If you want an entire filter of ideas, expand the page view to show more ideas.
• Select the action you want to perform.

Please Note

• You will have the option to undo your bulk action after it is completed, except for status updates, which cannot be undone! This option will remain until you refresh the page or leave the forum. 
• You can select all ideas then exclude some from your selection by clicking their checkboxes.
