To determine a Forum ID or its associated URL in UserVoice, you can look at the address bar of your browser while viewing the forum. Depending on whether you are using the public web portal or the admin console, the structure will vary slightly.
Web Portal
On the web portal, navigate to the forum you wish to obtain the ID for. The URL will look something like this:
https://xyz.uservoice.com/forums/589666--generalThe ID is what comes after /forums/, so in this case, it is
589666.Admin Console
In the admin console, a forum ID can be found by clicking into the forum from the "ideas" area in the left sidebar.
The URL will look something like:
https://xyz.uservoice.com/admin/v3/ideas/f/forum=589666The number after /forum= is the ID,
589666.
